Pastels

Pastels offer the benefits of combining colors for infinite variety without the odor or need for water.  One can never have too many pastel colors though and it is always a treat to get a new box of yummy colors.  I never had an interest in landscape until I moved out to the beautiful landscape of New Mexico.  Now I join the many other artists in this area who try to catch the beauty of the brilliant light.
